I looove it, my favorite TBS is definitely honeymania. For me the smell so soft like a cinnamon honey, so sweet and little bit traditional, and tingle smell of flower.
The best time using is at night when you have casual dinner or go out for movie. In the early morning still good. I don’t think it will match for summer or when you go for lunch, but if you want it just put unperfume lotion before sprayed.
It blend perfectly with my oily odor of my body. So that is like spirit perfume of me.I have repurchased so many bottles.
But now in Indonesia, this perfume was not produced anymore, idk why. I still have a few drop, and not using it until TBS launch it again.

So I bought this because of all the rave reviews and because I own the honey lip balm from Body Shop… I expected it to be just like the lip balm but of course it’s a lot more floral! Really pretty, it will be absolutely gorgeous in Spring/Summer time and I’ve been experimenting layering it with different fragrances to try and improve the longevity a little. It might be a little simple but it is very lovely 🙂

So you spray this little gem on, you instantly feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Next you start humming “Here comes the sun” by Sheryl Crow, and then you picture yourself as the Bees at the end of the Bee Movie, golden sun on their wings, as they go about cheerfully saving the planet

Lovely, lovely scent. Pure, gold, delicious honey. Is very relaxing too and could lift your spirits. A negative: not long lasting.

I get lots of compliments when i wear this. Smells like very realistic manuka honey with the slight hint of floral. This scent is not sickly sweet either and smells expensive for a body shop fragrance.
Edit: so sad to hear this is discontinued! Why does body shop always do this?.. Savor the bottles you have while you can.

The honey in this perfume is light, sweet and natural. It’s not the dark, sticky kind. It’s the golden, clear kind. The wild flowers compliment the honey perfectly. They’re the kind that grow in dry summer grass. This scent is so pure and gentle. It makes me want to walk barefoot trough the meadows in a white cotton dress.

The gentler version of Kim Kardashian’s ‘Pure Honey’. Whenever I sniff this I feel elated yet calm at the same time. Sipping honeyed tea outside a holiday caravan somewhere in Europe in the summer. Soft with just the right amount of sweetness.

To be honest I wasn’t impressed with this at first – I was expecting more of a honey note (any Botrytis fans here?). But oh boy was I wrong. I just needed a little time to learn to appreciate how well done this interpretation of honey is. It’s like, walking through an endless field of wildflowers that bees get their honey from. The honey is there, but it’s this delicate waft of wispy honey that flows in the breeze of the flower petals. It almost has a tea vibe to it. I can imagine wearing this to a private British estate croquet party, with an all white dress. It stays close to the skin so I’d be secretly enjoying how giddy I get from smelling it constantly. I LOVE smelling like honeymania.

I’ve been hunting for a good honey fragrance for awhile now. This is discontinued unfortunately so it might be a bit more difficult to find. I think this is a very pretty, sweet and floral scent, that is pretty “safe” I would say. On me the floral does dominate, but the honey keeps it from stealing the spotlight. It is a nice balance. I feel like this is softer, lighter and more floral, while Marc Jacobs’ “Honey” is stronger and has some orange notes in it and Kim Kardashian’s “Pure Honey” is likely the most comparable to real honey (though obviously stronger). Happy to have received this in a swap 🙂

I picked this EDT from tj max. It’s pleasant but to me it’s smells like pure roses. I don’t get any honey. It’s also smells better on a shirt than on the skin.

I” pretty sure that it’s discontinued unfortunately:(
Its a beautiful wildflower honey scent

EDT ? Noooooooo. Nice body spray that resembles Marc Jacobs Honey. Longevity ? Nooooooooooooo.
I got a small bottle at T.J. MishMosh for $3.99.
Perfect for a “pick-me-up” spritz on a hot day OR a dull work day.

This scent was horrible on me, just dreadful. On my co-worker, it was sweet and smelled just like honey on her. So of course i gave it away.

Elegant yet a kind, free-hearted woman kind of fragrance!
i think the main ingredients are Geraniols (Wild flowers most common component) but enhanced, and honey extract + honeysuckle. and i think its Tuberose
very much more long-lasting than any TBS perfumes

If you like D&G The One, but can’t deal with how overpowering can get, this is a softer, close to the skin take. I smell no honey on it, or not the honey I expected, but a cocktail of flowers in a sugar base.

I’ve got a brand new 30ml if anyone fancy a swap. I’m based in the UK.

I bought this after trying Marc Jacobs Honey and thinking it smelled plasticky and not like real honey, and also not worth the price tag. This is a good value and it’s honey!! Not just any honey, but the kind of honey I like to eat, clover honey or wildflower honey, the softly floral kind that isn’t too sweet or syrupy. The wildflower note is there but it doesn’t stick out as something separate, it acts like part of the honey. It’s great for layering over other perfumes.

Pretty scent..but it doesn’t really smell like Honey to me. My favorite Honey scents are Kim Kardashian’s Pure Honey and Demeter Honey.

Something warm and autumnal about this scent. I love it, I have had the shower gel too. Today I am wearing it with the Mango body butter on my skin and it works very well together…

I loved it I will buy as soon as I get rid off my current collection

Incredibly floral, for a perfume named “Honey”. It’s sweet like honey, but seems artificial in some way. I cannot detect any beeswax notes that might give a whiff of authenticity to this fragrance.
However, in saying that, it is a really nice, sweet, cheerful fragrance! It is reminiscent of honey. I use the body products and the smell mellows and lingers on my skin for several hours.
I’m trying to pick the florals I smell… maybe someone can help? I’d suggest gardenia, honeysuckle and neroli.
I’d be interested to see if anyone else smells flowers rather than honey.

  22. :

    4 out of 5

This smells like gorgeous wild honey, sweet but not saccharine, and really mellow, warm fragrance. People on here are saying that the floral notes dominate the honey but to me this smells exactly what honey would smell like if it were collected from the wild as wild honey tends to have a lot of floral notes in it.

  23. :

    3 out of 5

This is a nice floral fragrance with honey notes. I smell a lot of honeysuckle, mostly that with a little honey blending nicely into it. Not a favorite, or repurchase-worthy, but a solid like and I will enjoy it until my little bottle runs out.

  24. :

The thing I love the most about this scent is that it isn’t too sweet, also if its name conveys the idea of heavy sweetness. It is also light, and that is a perk of this scent. It smells like honey, wildflowers and something like litchi or Japanese grape candy c: very very nice!

  25. :

I adore this lotion, honeyed goodness! I smell honey, vanilla (which isn’t listed), mimosa flowers. It reminds me a lot of Poeme by Lancôme but is way gentler on the nose (and I love Poeme) and I think I’ll try layering the Honeymania lotion with a spray of Poeme tomorrow to see how they mix together. Very ladylike, sweet and feminine, yum!

  26. :

I like it. Fresh wildflowers and honey so it is perfect and not too sweet. Good also for winter because then won’t be any bees around

  27. :

    3 out of 5

While I enjoy the scent of this perfume at first sniff, overtime it becomes almost sickening sweet. Like others have stated before me, I wish the honey note is more pronounced.

  28. :

I love the honeymania line and own several products like the body butter, shower gel, body scrub and this EDT. To me it doesn’t smell like pure honey, but I like it anyway. When you spray this it immeditaly boosts your mood. I know it’s an EDT but it has zero lasting power for that reason I wont repurchase

  29. :

    4 out of 5

it smelled wonderful like pure honey in the beginning buat after 1 or 2 hours, it smelled like eggs somehow..yuck

  30. :

    3 out of 5

Smells lovely but be careful outside as the bees will like this also. It has a fragrance composition of wildflowers and honey notes so I am wont be surprised if the bees start loving you a bit too much.

I have gone through several shower gel bottles of Honeymania, including the scrub and a big tub of the bath melt. I am obsessed with this scent !
I am a huge fan of honey notes and this smells like straight up honey deliciousness with a floral touch. I cannot ask for a better smelling shower gel. The shower gel lasts so long on you that even throughout the day I can still smell it on my skin and slightly on my clothes. It definitely makes your whole bathroom smell like it.
The beautiful thing is that this is not at all a cloying scent in my opinion definitely not over the top sweet, which is what I expected at first sight. My next purchase will definitely be the perfume so that I can smell like Honeymania throughout the day. Beautiful, sweet, clean scent !

  32. :

Cheap and cheerful, just like the rest of this line from The Body Shop! Honeymania reminds me of my favourite honey, which I buy from a Middle-Eastern grocery: grade A, golden, wildflower-scented. I’m a huge fan of honey — I eat it right out of the jar, much like Winnie the Pooh — and I have quite the collection of products that are supposed to smell like it. Honeymania brings a new angle to the smell of honey in that it captures more of the source rather than the product. I like that. The fragrance is floral and sweet, but not sugary, sticky, or even dulce de leche-y like some of my other products. Rather, it’s fresh without being overwhelming, like something you might spray in your hair as a leave-in conditioner. Perfect for any season.

  33. :

    3 out of 5

Not very complicated, flowers and honey blended together. Rather sweet and lighter than what I expected from a honey scent.
The opening of this is overpoweringly floral, but more honey seeps through as time passes. The honey in this is not like honey in a jar, but smells more like the honey taken fresh from the hive.

I found a small body wash of this at TJMaxx and fell in love with it. It smells remarkably like one of my favorite cheap thrills, Fashionista by Ellen Tracy.
Update: This goes well with Far Away body lotion. They are really alike.

  35. :

I love this smell so much that i purchased 2 bottles on today’s sale. It is sweet and floral, such a pretty blend. Its not very strong or heavy, because the sillage goes from moderate to soft in a short while, to me the soft sillage is just perfect. Longevity so so, its a toilette and for that great price of 30ml its way acceptable 🙂

I once tried an interesting interpretation of honey scent by l’Occitane so I tried this too. Didn’t remind me of honey at all. Something vaguely sweet and screechy that performs poorly on skin. Supposedly there is an extract of Ethiopian honey in this… yeah… riiiight

  37. :

I have the body butter and scrub but unfortunately The Body Shop in Australia don’t seem to have the perfume spray. It’s a shame because I love this scent! I can imagine a field of wildflowers waving in the breeze on a sunshiny day. What more could a busy bee (like me) want? Heavenly!

  38. :

    3 out of 5

Gorgeous honey floral- as Cassandra stated, blossoms dripping in nectar- but the honey is coming through warm and clear on me, too-
I smelled the body butter several months ago, before sampling the fragrance, and it was nowhere near as pleasant- it was warm and ambery, far less floral-
I am very impressed with the potency and longevity- I applied the tiniest amount, probably a fifth of a ml. about 4-5 hours ago, and there is still a warm little cloud of fragrance emanating from my skin-
    Thanks S., for the sample!
    Highly recommended!

Great as a room spray. Overwhelmingly floral. The yellowest, sunshiniest scent I have. Very strong. I love it, but way too much for me.

  40. :

    4 out of 5

Smells not like honey itself but a bouquet of yellow very dripping nectarous wild flowers dipped in raw honey. In short it’s sweet flowers sitting in sweet nectar. I really love this, so sweet and comforting like a young free spirit.

As a little girl my mom used to wash my hair with a Winnie the Pooh shampoo and conditioner, and this smells so similar! I love it! I know a lot of people complain that this is too floral, and not enough honey, but I think it actually smells better that way.
If you want the fragrance to last a long time, use the body butter and soap along with it.

  42. :

    4 out of 5

Floral and beeswax – SO good. Infinitely better than Kim Kardashian’s Pure Honey.

  43. :

    5 out of 5

I really wonder how did they created this perfume. It smells exactly like wildflowers in a meadow during end of spring or early summer – with fresh honey. It’s not sickly sweet at all, it’s actually quite comfortable and green. Simple. Nice. Sound of music kind of day.

  44. :

    3 out of 5

It’s not the thick and deep honey scent (that I normally prefer). It is light and happy and delicate. Fresh without being too green, sweet without being sickly. A little spicy too.
It gives the feeling of passing through a wild garden in spring time. All the wild flowers are attracting the bees to collect their sweet nectar. So this perfume is not the honey but it’s the process of making it.
Nothing I expected from a perfume called Honeymania but still a good one for occasional days. I wish it could have been more longlasting.

  45. :

    4 out of 5

I love this scent. I’ve bought multiple bottles. It’s fresh, a bit floral (that isn’t old lady floral) and a scent that is like warm dripping honey and honeycomb. I find that some of the Body Shop fragrances are a nice addition to other fragrances at the same time. I would mix this one with a BBW body spray that was called Vanilla Noel. I worked in a medical office and I would always wear something light, and the mix of the Honeymania and the Vanilla Noël was very nice. It was vanilla, and marshmallow, with a bit of nuttiness, and then this beautiful honey scent with a bit of fresh too it. So, Body Shop perfumes can go with lots of other scents to compliment I find. This on it’s own is very nice though. It’s a happy scent.

  46. :

    5 out of 5

A very warm, daytime fragrance that still has a fresh “greenness” to it that is reminiscent of honeysuckle.
It is definitely more of an outdoorsy rather than gourmand type of scent. I think most people assume the latter due to preconceived expectations, as most honey fragrances are a warm and sweet winter-time type fragrance. “Honeymania,” however, is both fresh AND sweet. A perfect balance.
Usage tips: “Honeymania” is very lovely on it’s own, but sometimes I layer it over other perfumes. Spritzing it over my Gucci Guilty EDT added more warmth and sensuality to what was otherwise an almost chilly-spicy scent. It also softened the dominating pink pepper notes of Guilty. The combination is very unique. Definitely wear it on it’s own, but if you need to use the notes to improve other scents, it works well for that!
Downside: the longevity is very poor 🙁

  47. :

    5 out of 5

A let down. I wanted rich, dripping, caramelized honey, not some weak green florals. A shame since there are probably a good many people like me who love the note so much that we’d be happy with just a simple no frills HONEY scent.

  48. :

    5 out of 5

A beautiful, light, sunny, warm scent.
Honeyish but spicy too, so it isn’t sweet or sickly.
Also love the body lotion and the other products made in this scent.

  49. :

    3 out of 5

Blind buy based on the note description. I wanted a fragrance that smelled like I literally dabbed drops of Sue Bee Honey on my wrists. This is not what I got with Honeymania. It’s very floral with a touch of honey. Actually, it reminds me of the way the old church ladies smelled when I was a little girl going to service with my mom….I don’t want to smell like an old church lady.

  50. :

    4 out of 5

Strangely intriguing, not like anything I’ve used so far but definitely fits into my personal style. The fragrance is sweet and warm but not too heavy – think walk through an autumn park in gentle sunshine rather than bold spiciness of winter.
Definitely not overwhelmingly strong, which seems to be a pattern in Body Shop fragrances – this is not necessarily a bad thing, the end result is more of a ‘I used a perfumed body butter all over my body’ than ‘I used a strong perfume this morning and you will all pass out now because I accidentally used a bit too much’.

  51. :

    5 out of 5

Very naturally sweet wispy white floral fragrance which reminds me of a lovely cold cream or some sort of old fashioned soap with honeysuckle – I see none listed but I definitely pick it up in this fragrance. I love the dry sweetness of honey and this does not fail to please I could not stop sniffing my wrist after testing this instore I shall purchase a bottle soon. Not by any means long lasting
Hmm – after buying the full size and using on and off this is too sweet for me and starts to annoy me I will probably end up giving this away.

  52. :

    3 out of 5

I do love this. Got it for a song yet amidst my wonderful collection of fragrances this does something special for me. It’s sweet in a beautiful natural sort of way.
Gives me a distinct sensation of being surrounded by golden light. It evokes the same sensation of peace that a walk through a sunlit meadow under hazy sunshine would bring. Very pretty. Very feminine.

I’m in love with this perfume. Sweet and fresh, and u can smell the honey. I’m planning to buy another bottle while there’s 10% discount for 2 honey mania items in Body Shop Indonesia.
too bad, the longevity only for an hour or two. I really wish it can stay longer than that in my skin.

Just received my bottle & soap in this scent – could actually smell it through the packaging! Have sprayed a little on each arm & on my scarf so will see how it goes ( I have a bit of a headache today so it may not be a fair trial). Initial impressions are……. apricot hay!!!!! Shall update soon 🙂

Rather than buy the fragrance, I bought the body care set. Its a scent Id like to wash with but not as a perfume, so Im hoping I have a perfume that I can wear that goes with this, after bathing. Its a really happy, sunny scent to me and lifts my moods.

what a lovely scent.. for those who love honey..be ware bees will be following you everywhere..!
i bought it impulsively at the body shop for under 15 us $ for a 30 ml bottle ..
    its a shocking fragrance..
so opulent.. bright.. crisp ..rich.. sensuale..seductive.. alive..sunshine in a bottle..very honey.. waxy ..sweet.. floraly..truly mesmerising.. over the top ..initially it smells so strong.. but it settels down fast.. i wish it stayed strong all the way ..but i guess everyone around you will pass out ..or want to pollinate u !
smells like kim kardasian pure honey..if u dont want to spend that much its a perfect alternative..it has a bit from madonna truth and dare also thierry mugler Alien Essence Absolue..i guess the indolic jasmine the orange flower ..the dry subtle humid sweetness..the whole theme of honey seductiveness paired with floral waxy stickiness..
its a perfume that screams see me.. smell me.. i am here and here to stay.. and mesmerise all of you ..if i dont kill all the bees out there…
a beautiful.. full perfume ..fit for any ocasion ..but more fun outgoing.. not so much for office use..a wintery ..fall.. fragrance ..full of life ..honey.. and bliss..to my nose i sense that after smell of very faint trails of pesticide ..don’t get me wrong this happens with every white floral indolic jasmine ..after effect.. such as in jadoe dior.. so its not because its from the body shop.. which i respect their oils and natural ways.. at least prior to 2000 of making affordable perfumes ..perfect for blending and layering…
honemania is the perfect name for this fragrance.. for its very hyped ..its very bright.. very loud.. but it does settle to warmer ..cosier.. realms ..so if u want to keep it loud.. you have to keep reapplying..but all in al its a beautiful well made perfume that will mesmerise both humans and bees alike..i couldn’t stand such intensity in perfumes a couple of years back but now i can pull them of occasionally..

I most definitely get a strong honey note from this, along with the flowers everyone has mentioned. It’s a very light, thin honey that does not quite do justice to the sweet, gooey nectar we all know and love. Honeymania is a scent you can’t overdo, and it stays close to the skin but lasts a good while longer than most of the EDTs I own. Comparing this to Kim Kardashian’s Pure Honey (which I think is great!), I would say Kim’s perfume is more realistic and much less floral. If you’ve got to choose, I recommend Pure Honey.

  60. :

    5 out of 5

Definitely more floral than pure honey scent but it is beautiful scent, that actually lasts pretty long but stays very close to skin. It would be a great work fragrance because the sillage is soft. I am very happy with this fragrance, I you enjoy this you might also enjoy Moringa by the Body Shop. 🙂 I am wearing Honeymania today and loving it!

  61. :

    5 out of 5

I was very hesitant to purchase this. Had to go down to the Body shop and sniff it at least 5 times before i realized that the scent it absolutely gorgeous. I’m not keen on very feminine scents or uber floral scents. This is a very light floral. Smells as if you just passed a garden and can smell fresh flowers. The honey is very subtle. it just adds a lightly honeyed tea edge to the light floral scent.

  62. :

    4 out of 5

I sampled/ sniffed at least 10 different perfumes in the perfume shop today. Hypnotic Poison, Nero Assoluto, Candy l’eau, The One etc. Nothing wowed me, they all were more or less boring. Meh, left the shop and decided to drop in at TBS to try this.
I’ve read reviews so knew not to expect much honey. Maybe because I wasn’t expecting a lot, I was very pleasantly surprised. Very fresh, great balance between the flowers and honey. Too much honey can make a fragrance too “thick” and too sweet, it can also smell a bit like pee. In Honeymania the honey gives the fresh flowers a nice sweetness, without getting to be too much. This is a very pretty fragrance.

  63. :

    5 out of 5

It’s definitely not bad, but as many other have stated already, it is more of a wild flower-meadow-mixed-with-light-honey-scent. If you want long lasting & beautifully captured honey, try Back to Black by Kilian, definitely worth the money for Honey addicts.

  64. :

    4 out of 5

Disappointed. I also wanted sweet, rich honey. This is sharp, “white” honey. Not bad but not for me. If you ever wanted to isolate the honey note in Elie Saab le parfum this is similar.

  65. :

    3 out of 5

I expected real, overly sweet something. I wanted so much..but I got something else.
NO honey, just an awful floral liquid, not sweet enough, but nauseating in a wrong way with some little powderness and wax(?).
I was disappointed and didnt buy this frag. I checked the soaps as well(I thought maybe the perfumistas were wrong)but I cant stand the whole honeymania stuffs.
    Honeymania..no..Waxmania maybe.

  66. :

    4 out of 5

Eeh no….I hoped for honey here, anyone else? I think the kids got it wrong. Just like MJ Honey I hoped for honey. Nope, sweet water again. If you’re looking for honey in a bottle try Kim Kardashians ( did I say that right?) Pure Honey. I know, but its really nice.

  67. :

    4 out of 5

Sweet honey fragrance. But luckily not sickly sweet. I’m not a huge honey lover in perfumes, so it’s just not for me.

  68. :

    4 out of 5

First off, I think many of us were disappointed that it wasn’t straight up honey. However I’m not disappointed with the scent itself, although I would have called it something else, wildflower meadow would have been closer to the mark. This may possibly be a much cheaper alternative for me than Bond No. 9’s High Line, although this is sweeter. It reminds me also of Philosophy’s Field of Flowers but once again, Honeymania is sweeter. Not artificial saccharine sweetness thankfully but a light, white honey sweetness. Sillage and longevity for Honeymania aren’t too impressive but at this price and in such a travel friendly small bottle, it won’t be difficult to just buy a few back ups.

  69. :

    4 out of 5

Smells a LOT like Ananya from TBS, with half the flowers and twice the honey. Quite sweet. Maybe too sweet…

  70. :

    3 out of 5

I want to love this because I am addicted to Lush’s HIWTK but this is not sweet at all, just a slap of honey is all. Disappointed!

  71. :

    4 out of 5

I can smell the honey in this, but it isn’t too sweet a perfume. The perfume sits closely to the skin and is subtle and sophisticated, loving it!

  72. :

    5 out of 5

Very flowery, trying to be not too sweet but more fresh. The wildflowers drown the honey.
It definitely is a more chemical than natural note.
And that is exactely why I don’t like it. I am a honey maniac, still frantically searching for a fragrance that is appreciating honey the way I do.
    This one doesn’t.

  73. :

    5 out of 5

If pressed to describe it, I would say waxy honey like a beeswax candle, wildflower honey and warm yellow flowers blowing in a gentle cool breeze of very blue skies. It is naive and sunny, slightly warm but not hot. It reminds me of a place or mood and seems blended to smell like many smells at once instead of singular notes.
It wafts nicely, with sillage just about arm’s length. It lasts a few hours but not extremely long. It stays close to the skin after maybe 2-3 hours. I reapply after 5 hours.
But that’s not the real reason I love it so… This is an EXACT replica of Vincent Van Gogh’s Grand Fleuri. I bought that perfume for my mother in Paris Summer 1990 during its launch. Starting the next year, I bought it at a nearby Cosmetics Center before it went out of business. I would spritz it while changning at work, and a co-worker bought it after smelling it in the dressing room. It suited me in high school, and I still like the scent. It’s like reuniting with a long-lost friend you still have something in common with. I already bought 4 bottles of Honeymania!

Happy, airy, fresh floral with a slight sweetness to it! Almost like flowers with nectar. I wouldn’t consider this a gourmand. Sunshine in a bottle! Very wearable and uplifting. Moderate sillage and longevity. I will buy this again, but never full price.

This is a quite sweet but not too overbearing fragrance, ideal for layering with a lotion of some kind. This morning I took my Coconut Crushed Pearl body butter by Pacifica (which is a light, toasty coconut scent) and sprayed on some Honeymania and the mix was lovely. On its own this EDT actually reminded me, although briefly, of Perscriptives Calyx without the initial intense bite of grapefruit and after mellowing out. A nice addition to TBS’s lineup…one can only hope this stays around.

Honeymania opens with sweet honey. However, it soon dissipates into a soapy so-called wildflower scent. On me it tends to be a little unpleasantly synthetic and I can hardly detect honey any more once those wildflowers kick in.
The longevity is around 5 hours on me. The sillage is moderate and comparing to some of the one-note offerings from TBS, is actually quite good. I find the wildflower part does give out a bright and carefree feeling. However, it’s really a Flowermania IMO. This is not where you should looking for a sticky sugary honey treat.

I found this little gem delivered to my doorstep today. TBS was having this at 50% off on their website so I ordered practically the whole line minus the soap and lip balm. I do LOVE the body butter, but wish this smelt MORE of sweet honey… still a nice scent tho and Ill proudly wear it!

Lately, I’ve been craving for honey! Thank god the body shop decided to release this lovely scent. Honeymania is an easy-breezy scent that is oh so wearable. It opens with a chemical blast of slightly metallic ‘wildflowers’. However, honey note soon emerges to work its magic and mellow things out. Honeymania transforms into a pretty light honey scent that brings to mind a field of flowers with bees buzzing happily all around. In short, it’s a happy happy scent.
I don’t consider Honeymania to be a perfume in the strictest sense of that word-it’s far too simple to be considered a ‘true perfume’. It’s more of an impression of a scent if that makes sense.
The longevity of this is actually pretty good and I was able to detect it on my shirt at the end of the day. The sillage is moderate so you don’t have to worry about knocking people out the moment you step into the room.
That said, I really enjoyed wearing Honeymania and I think it’s great for those hot humid days when you just want a light scented mist surrounding you. It’ll definitely bring a smile to your face (unless you absolutely loathe honey scents and bees). I’ll be looking out for THE perfect honey fix but Honeymania definitely satisfied my honey cravings. For now that is…

I usually have not so great experiences with honey fragrances. It’s either a too heavy and dominant note or it’s completely missing. But I liked the idea of wild flowers note so I tested this (twice) and I’m so glad I did! To me, honey is done just right in honeymania: it’s light and soft and has a natural sweetness, and the addition of wildflowers, pure and light, is so fitting, it perfectly embodies my idea of freedom in nature, it transports me to a mountain clearing full of virginal green grass, colorful wildflowers and buzzing bees.

This is AMAZING. Sweet, smells of real honey and flowers. I love it, it’s a happy fume, deffo lifts the mood. Will wear it at work, but could wear it with my sweetheart too. I like sweet perfumes, but didn’t expect such a surprise from this TBS little gem. Well done! Truly impressed and I’m fussy… 🙂 Go on ladies, feel girly, young and smile! X

I made the mistake of buying the whole line of this one… well, not EXACTLY the whole line, but the shower gel, the body butter and the edt. I still highly recommend the body butter: it has a sweet, natural honey smell and it leaves the skin soooo soft! But the edt is different… I expected the drydown was pure honey, instead I had the same impression of LesleyA: a bitter, chemical flower note 🙁 Maybe the “wild flowers” note doesn’t agree even with my skin!!! This edt is similar to fragrances like Moringa; so if you like this kind of perfumes, Honeymania could works for you.
For the “honey note fans”, I suggest to use this body butter with the new Reminiscence, “Tonka”: in this one I can smell a sweet honey note, very natural and pleasant 🙂

I love The Body Shop’s simple little, one-note Edt’s. LOVE them. Love the cute portable bottles, the price, the scents (their pink grapefruit is the smell of pure happiness). For what they are, they are just delightful, and I own several of them.
This summer I endured a constant craving for a light floral honey scent, and pined for L’occitane to bring back their honey lemon line. I tried Tokyo Milk’s Honey and the Moon (the OPPOSITE of light!! Lol) and, Marc Jacob’s Honey (just..no), so was beyond thrilled to hear of the launch of this new line. I mean, look at that cute little golden bottle! It has a picture of dripping honey comb on the front! It HAS to be what I’ve been craving! It’s even described as light and floral, instead of sticky-sweet!
I could barely contain myself as I walked up to the display today to spray it on…
At first spray I was surprised, but still happy-not exactly honey, but a sweet, clean little scent. As I paid, and sniffed my hand, I felt a twinge of disappointment. I ignored it, and left, determined this was
