I’ve tried a sample of this Montale, which according to me resembles very much genuine Bulgarian rose oil. I did not get any bergamot or mint notes. Not a bad, but too monotonous for my taste aroma.

I don’t like it AT ALL. It’s not just bad, it’s awful. I can’t smell any of the notes described here, it’s just a mess for my nose.
Very offensive scent in my opinion, I can’t imagine how anyone could wear it, without annoying others.

Spices & musk. Decent smell. Strong performance, like the rest of Montale’s.

First impression: Sour rose, and a bit of violet. Not much to talk about, doesn’t last very long on me, maybe 3 hrs. Then it settles into a musky skin scent.

Hmm.
When I opened my sample, the monstrous hit of rubbing alcohol unmitigated by agrumes, flowers, or fruit was disconcerting. I cringed and closed it without putting it on my skin or a paper.
I will give it a proper try later and give it a fair review, but wow. Never been knocked out by an expensive juice like that before.
