I blind bought this as I enjoy FCUK scents and thought this could do no harm. I am not sure if I purchased a bum bottle or one that had turned bad but this never, ever sat well with me. I am unsure of whether I cannot handle pineapple in frags but this gave me a horrible headache. The scent did not last long, and the bottle was so extremely irritating to use that I ended up giving it away not too long after purchase. $20 down the drain!

Having one of their other scents, “Connect Her” and loving it, I wasn’t too afraid of this blind buy aside from not being a huge fan of Mango. And as others have said, the bottle design can be irritating at first, but IF you have patience it’s worth it to keep them intact, as their design is quite nice, a modern feel and I do like them. The trick with these FCUK scents is to prime, prime, prime. I had to shake the bottle, and prime it about 30 times before it finally began to spray but once it did it was a nice fine mist that works just right and had no further problem with it. TO the scent itself, I found it quite nice. The mango is there but dampened by the musk, amber, patch and magnolia. It settles very fresh, clean like a citrus day on the beach. It’s a very inoffensive and pleasant daytime or casual scent. Good silage and lasting power. For the usual/typical sealed 3.4 bottle price , it’s pretty amazing, and though quite different than the nighttime heat of Connect, this is perfect for the next day. Will certainly be willing to try any of their other scents I find with acceptable notes.

Had to ‘break into the bottle’ to use it – so the bottle design is pretty poor. But I love this fragrance, so much fun for summer! I get many compliments when i wear it, and it seems to last a while! Cheap and cheerful!

I really don’t expect much from these FCUK scents because they can be found super cheap on ebay (new in wrapped box too) but they are pretty damn good! (Note– most of my bottles can’t spray because of the crappy design… remove the white/clear-ish “pump” by breaking it off. Sure now the bottle isn’t as streamlined/pretty, but it will work with a regular small pump underneath) This one is a summery, tropical generic smell, but a really pleasant one. I prefer FCUK Pop Music as my potent summery creamsicle-floral scent (lasts a long time too) so that one trumps FCUK Late Night (a lighter Pop Music IMO) and this summer one…. but hey– for $15 shipped I love to collect them!
This one is slightly diff than most generic fruits (like some Ed Hardy) maybe because of the mango, so I am def glad I blind bought it!

Hmm, too much mango which fades to an almost lime scent. I wish the woods and floral scents were stronger to help offset the mango. Lasts a long time.

Ps to be worn I think and I seriously need to proof read my reviews before I post them. I am a shocking typist.
To be worn I think in the crisper summers. It was perfect for a 20 degree day here in Melbourne. ‘That’s’ 20 degree’s centigrade.

I have a HUGE respect for the fragrances from this company. I hate the flacon’s though that they are flogging the scents in. Absolutely impossible to use. FCUK really read needs to reThink. Get that Stalker. Re-Think their design principles when it comes to housing their very good fragrances.
I loathe mango too, but I made an exception with this one. Mango and I do not gastronomically speaking get along. I cannot eat or drink mango without throwing it up. Humm. and I love this? I love this for the right reasons I think.
And it doesn’t even smell like rotting stinky footrot feet.
I now own four of FCUK delectable fragrances and wish they would all come with sister products, soap’s lotion’s body spray’s and the EDP’s and the parfum’s. I love to layer.
Now getting to my rationale behind my support for FCUK’s fragrances and this one in particular.
‘Summer’. Well only a mild one, perhap’s a UK mild summer with mean temp of 16. degree’s celsius, but here in Australia. Our summers are way to fierce to allow the appreciation of this fine fragrance which to me bespokes of class. Something in the ingredients that last exceptionally well for a EDT.
I can smell sweet tropical fruit and the patchouli all the way till it vanishes some 6 hours later on my skin. Seriously not a lot of fragrances last on my cheesey old lady skin and this saying something.
It’s got an almost ‘Pierre Cardinish’ feel about it; made for the masses but still maintaining it’s dignity with quality merchandise.
It’s being flogged at about 10 Aussie dollars right now for a 100 mill EDT. A bargain. An absolute bargain for a fragrance of this quality.
This last about 6 hours or so, is sweet and fruity with a touch of floral and light sprinkling of patchouli, sadly under rated with no strong musk hint’s, at least to me that is. I find it very pleasing to my olfactory senses. I feel this is quite out there if you like to be noticed, though not dominant. It can be worn by anyone. It’s a fun and flirty fragrance just by it’s audacious character and is not so loud as to annoy anyone.
    Cheers T.

I think it smells nice but it honestly reminds me of the smell of a floor cleaner which I can’t put my finger on! I think it’s more aimed at teens though as it is really sweet. Savers Health and Beauty are doing it for £7.99 at the moment which is good as the RRP is £33.00!

I blind buy all the time with great results, and I usually check the reviews here first, so that I know what I’m getting. This one however was a disaster. First, it was nearly impossible to even get the fragrance out of the bottle. I could not do it with one hand. I had to set the bottle on something solid, and even then it took great effort to get one spritz out. I could do it easier if I used two hands, but then, it was just landing on the ground. Those few sprays into the air didn’t smell good at all, so when I finally got some on myself, I hoped it would improve. It did not. It was a horrible plastic chemical smell that gave me a headache and left me queasy. I gave it several tries (sometimes a first impression can be wrong) but it was still horrible. It wasn’t so much that I didn’t like this, but that it didn’t like me. After two weeks, I gladly passed it on to a friend. No word yet on how it worked for her.
Bottom line: I found the bottle nearly impossible to use. Even if you do like the scent, you’re probably going to need someone to spray it on you.

not that kind of mango i expecting but OK.. Quite strong scent. But easily gone.
overall i love it. And since i’m a fan of mango scent, though its not perfect, it still lovable to me.
oh, responding to nfatihah regarding the press button. Its true, at several press, its quite hard and did not sprayed normally, but after 10-15 times of pressing (about 2 days), it become normal spray.

I have reviewed this one once before but it seems I need to learn how to use this one. It is not an innocent fume that you just keep spraying all day as I have because there is a musk in it that creeps up and gets closer and closer and then bites me on the nose to the point where I wish I had not sprayed it.
I would warn some of you that yes this is sweet and uplifting and has mango smell but if sprayed too much or too hard the musk seems to get really strong and kind of spoils it really.
I still like this but I have used only a little spray behind each ear and I am ok but any more and I would be annoyed by it. If you are not keen on musk or cannot tollerate it then be careful with this one.
I also said it was similar to Calvin Klein but I think that was a mistake because his perfumes are different to this this is more like Harajuku lovers because of the musk used it can turn a little stale if not used correctly I have yet to find that happen with Calvin Klein but that is just my experience.

I love this perfume for daily use in Summer. I generally dislike citrus ‘light’ smelling perfumes but this is a Summery scent with a bit of depth and the scent lasts a good few hours. Worth the £9.89 I paid for 100ml.

To me it smells like an orange creamsicle.

It doesn’t smell like mango to me. I’d say more like papaya.
There is also an aquatic aspect to it.

This is a lovely spring/summer scent!very fresh, just the right amount of flowers, not too sharp and citrusy like in2U,and the lasting power is better than the Calvin Klein one.Sometimes summer scents tend to be way too citrusy and lacking on longevity. Not this one!Give it a try,it’s a steal!

Summer and I have just met yesterday so my review will not be complete until I wear this lovely for a couple of days straight. First, the packaging is kind of fun. Energizing golden yellow and fiery orange bursts promising juicy ,tangy citrusy fruit and freshness on a sizzling summer day. Those zesty fruit smell like madarin-orange, peaches and passion- fruit to me. Maybe even guava: this must be the mango i figure, dressing up for the occasion in fiery apple-red garb! As mentioned above, the top notes fade quickly but on my skin, the floral phase remains fruity and fresh, though richer, more opulent like a lush garden of summer flowers. The base notes are faint on me and I am kind of glad because even a slight overdose of patch could turn this into a disaster for me. ( I am thinking of Belive by B.S. that kind of ends up spicy-foody on me after the guava burst). All and all , so far, a delicious summer fragrance I do not regret having purchases. As for the likeness to the In2u line: it it milder, less acrid. Whereas I love the ultra tangy zip of those, I enjoy the more subdued notes of pure delectable fruit here. A summer fave methinks! Sillage is decent, longevity is a good 4 on 5 for me which is rare and my clothes smell soooo good after!

This was a blind buy for me based on the reviews…what can I say?
The notes were spot on, mango is very strong in this fragrance.
I was expecting something better…more like an Escada-esque summer perfume but I have to say I am disappointed. The first day I wore this someone came into the room and asked who was wearing so much hairspray I immediately knew they were smelling my perfume :/ oh no! Definitely not the feedback I wanted. Overall not bad, but nothing to write home about.

I blind bought FCUK Summer today and I’m glad I did. FCUK Summer Her is slightly sweet, slightly fresh, very summery fragrance. The first spritz was a very strong mango scent, but after few minutes it desapered (too bad 🙁 ) and gave place to apple citrusy notes.
UPDATE: Yupppiii! I found out how to keep the mango note in place, it is not very strong but it’s still there. Nobody wants to smell like an over ripe mango anyways, eh? 😉 So well, I just sprayed the perfume on my hair, and the mango note didn’t volatilize like the top notes tend to do on the skin.
I like how I can play with this worderful parfume! If I want it be citrusy I just spray it on my skin. If I rather it to be a soft, warm, mango musky fragrance, I only put it on my hair or clothes! BTW, not all perfumes act this way, hmmm…

Tested this perfume recently on my skin and it is not a nice perfume! Bad and disgusting.
The combination of sweetness and citrus in this perfume is not OK. It is not an overwelming perfume, but it makes me sick. After a while I could not smell it, because it really makes me sick!
It’s so afwul! It smells like toilet spray! Juk!

I put my review on this one on here a couple of times but it keeps going missing? So, I will say again for those who are wondering about this one. It is similar to the CK In To You range. Not the same but similar. Very bright and citrusy but not cheap smelling. Very good for those who love citrus or those who want a summer perfume. As I said on another post I think FCUK have something for everyone I am really liking their stuff. There is not 1 perfume I would not wear. They are not masterpieces but they are not trying to be.
