Description

Just as its name suggests, this is a very modern, provocative and sexy fragrance. This is the first fragrance of the young English brand FCUK (French Connection United Kingdom). This floral, oriental fragrance is locked in an ultramodern bottle. The centre of composition is made of sandalwood, jasmine and Barringtonia flower from Madagascar with its intense, sensual scent. The new, modern harmony of aquatic iris and citrus is in the top. The heart is sensual, sexy and provocative thanks to rich intense bouquet of Barringtonia, peony, violet and jasmine. The base is warm and inviting: sandalwood, cedar, amber and vanilla. The design of the bottle made of glass and metal suggests the modern character of the fragrance. The perfume was created in 2004. The nose behind this fragrance is Geza Schoen.

very nice. Powder, some white flowers, sandal wood. Light and feminine. Casual wear. On the fresh side. I had it years ago. Now I bought it again. I love my Chanels, I love my Guerlains, but not everybody loves them.
If you share your office with some other people, don’t torture them with strong scents. This one is perfect.

My first fragrance buy from my own money when I was in my teens.
Still remember how awkward the rubbery spray-button was and how it slowly got dusty and greyish.
Cannot remember the scent to be anything really great or bad either. In retrospect I’d group it more in with affordable colognes rather than perfumes.
Anyway, it does hold some nostalgic value, for being that first bottle of fragrance that was not just a deodorant or body mist.
Kind of my personal transition from my teens to young adulthood for what it’s worth.

Like a previous reviewer, I bought this thinking it was Friction. I got home, sprayed it on myself, thought it was boring, and promptly returned it. If you like florals, this is nice, and pretty safe.

This scent is hard to describe – it’s floral but not sharp. Maybe somewhat sweet, but also fresh and a little musky? I typically don’t like most florals. I’m really surprised this has such a low rating. Its price tag would make one think it smells cheap, but it doesn’t smell cheap to me at all. To me it smells sexy and feminine without being sugary sweet. I do like sweet scents, so I often layer a vanilla or sweet coconut with it.

Very light, fresh smell. Nothing special. I wore it all day yesterday, on a warm day. It became slightly frustrating because I couldn’t smell it on me. However, others could and said it smelled nice.
To satisfy my needs, I resprayed several times, all over and on my clothes. And it still became nothing. I admit, my nose could’ve adapted to it. But I definitely didn’t smell much of it. More of a soft skin scent really.
Glad it was cheap. Will use it like a cologne or body spray. Pleasant smell but instantly forgettable.

    This perfume is lovely.
I think people tend to turn their nose up at it due to its low price tag and lack of attention but Its beautiful.
It’s a clean, soft and fresh fragrance that I can’t imagine any one finding offensive.
It sits close to the skin so I think it’s suitable for any time and any occasion.
I’m putting this is on my purchase list

  7. :

    Very soft
Floral, some freshness but not crisp, there’s a light wood and powder balance in it.
    Cool rather than warm
    Innofensive inexpensive
    Good handbag freshen up option
Fcuk friction is a sweeter version
Friction pulse is a wet sparkling soft fruit version
This is the cool floral with a soft fresh touch

Terrible strong cheap smell. Does not detect any roses, but only strong strong powder (too strong, one that makes you sick to a stomach),and some chemicals( would not call them flowers).

A happy mistake. This was an accidental buy and I’m glad! The tester bottle I spritzed on was FCUK Friction For Her (the coconut one), but I guess they mixed up the bottles and I grabbed FCUK Her instead. I opened the box when I got home and thought the bottle looked different but I was in a rush. “Where is the coconut, the sweet fruity notes?” I thought as I rushed out the door, slightly tipsy as it was NYE and I thought my sense of smell had gone. Well turns out I’m glad I got this one by mistake. The bottle is kind of annoying and instead of spraying normal it kind of dribbles, but I love these notes for summer! It’s a very light fragrance so you can spray away with it, and at $12 for 100ml it was a bargain. I love the fresh and powdery florals, most of my favorites. Great for hot and humid days.
Update; ok I’m so bored and annoyed with this now. Can’t even use it as a room spray.

This is awesome! It’s like baby powder. I love it, it makes me feel fresh and clean. Powdery/floral and very nice! Reminds me of Body by VS

I have to say in reading the reviews I was unsure about this purchase. But now that I have owned it a few days, I am still very happy with the scent. People have commented on it being too sweet, too synthetic, too harsh, too musky, the list goes on. I was worried it may not smell as nice on my skin, but it is even better than when sprayed on the card in store. I find myself even putting it on at home when i’d normally not bother with perfume unless I was heading off somewhere. Very happy with this one.

I did like it when I tried it in store, and the price was great so I got myself a bottle. Now I just cannot wear it, there is something that puts me off. And my husband doesn’t like it either. I usually like floral, woody and powdery scents, but this one is too harsh and synthetic.

I love this. Very simple and fruity. Smells like nail varnish which to me is a good thing because I like the smell of nail varnish. 🙂

This perfume brings to my mind the image of a pretty woman, impecably dressed, working in her office. It is a lovely, clean and feminine floral fragrance. I think this is a great addition to any perfume collection. It’s good, cheap and perfect for everyday/office wear, when you want to smell simple and clean but still very feminine.
It lasts about 4h, sillage is not very good (but nobody wants to wear a sillage monster at work). It smells expensive and it’s suitable for all seasons.
After the dry down it reminds me a lot of the Carolina Herrera CH EDP Sublime (which I also have) but I like FCUK Her better for everyday use because it’s more subtle, I prefer to leave the CH for a day time date.

  15. :

Once the pungent floral top notes settle down it is an ok fragrance. It seems old fashioned, not modern and provocative at all. I bought this on spec, without testing because I thought it might be an unusual pleasant scent but the miix has way too much rose and peony for me. The scent left after two hours is quite lovely and close to the fragrance I was after, but way too faint.

  16. :

Such a great fragrance for an amazing price. FCUK her is a perfect choice for daily wear. It is not offensive…a safe choice. Although vanilla is not listed, I detected it. Creamy vanilla with a hint of sandalwood. I did not have any problems with the spray bottle. I liked it so much that I immediately ordered another bottle. For just a bit over 12.00 for a 3.4 oz…yeah, I had to get another bottle!

My nose must be broken. I am impossibly picky. Like, I spent 10 minutes at the perfume counter, tried close to 15 scents and while this wasn’t what I was looking for, it made it’s way home with me.
When I first spray it, I got apples, fresh, gala apples. Sweet, soft, airy. Not that tangy cheap apple scent most perfumes push off as apple.
As it dries, it changes completely. To be honest, I bought it when it still had the appley freshness but I wasn’t disappointed. It’s soft and feminine I get no “men’s deodorant” or cheap soap.
    It smells clean.

  18. :

    4 out of 5

When first sprayed on, it smells like the relatively cheap scent that it is. I didn’t think it had any potential but….. 15 minutes later it becomes a very nice soft musky floral which lifts it out of the cheap smelling category. It really smells nice now and I keep sniffing the back of my hand where I sprayed it. Worth a try!

A cheap and nasty take on coco mademoiselle. Vanillic, scratchy base, uninteresting citric opening that does nothing and dissipates within seconds. Really not good at all.

  20. :

Everytime I spray, the first 5 minutes is like ‘yuucckk!’ cheap and synthetic smell. After that it turns to fresh and clean smell. It has masculine side and I love it. But on my skin the longevity and sillage is poor. It stays only max an hour.

    the anniversary version is great!

It was a blind buy and I’m happy I made the purchase. The price is cheap but doesn’t smell cheap. Very floral, beautiful, pleasant, good for every day or work. It smels like flowers on me, I’m surprised I liked it, I’m into orientals, not florals. I keep a vial in the car, the smell goes well with every style.
It lasts a long time, I can still smell it after 8 hours. Casual wear.

been loving this fragrance since 10 years ago. still have 1 bottle that i bought probably 3 or 4 years ago. the bottle was a total failure. and then i decided to open the metallic-y plastic cover so i ended up keeping only the glass part, and without that cover the spray works fine.

i love this perfume, it smells nice i bought it after reading reviews on it here, it makes me feel fresh, but i don’t know why it reminds me of desire by victoria secret anyhow i love both

  25. :

    4 out of 5

I love the way this smells. But, I HATE the bottle! Maybe its just the one I got, but honestly, the top rubbery push button came off and the spray is so weak that when i do try to spray the perfume, it just drips down the bottle. Most annoying packaging of a perfume, in my opinion. Still love the way it smells though.

  26. :

    3 out of 5

I’m usually quite easy going with perfume, but I really didnt like this. It smells of pure alcohol when it’s first sprayed, while it does get better once it dries down the initial scent puts me off. The bottle is a monstrosity too and it’s hard to spray. I’m glad I only paid £10 for it as I highly doubt I’ll use it, it doesnt even look pretty stood with my other perfumes

  27. :

    4 out of 5

I love this perfume, on bottle no. 4 maybe. Like other reviewers said, it does remind one of soapy, men’s deodorant, and lily of the valley, but there’s also a warmth to it. It’s like the smell of a sexy, freshly showered man in a cozy sweater in the fall, but from the woman’s perspective. I it’s fantastic, esp for cooler weather. I’m usually a gourmand fan- love Ralph Lauren hot and hypnotique poison, but this is a great fresher, cleaner alternative.

  28. :

    3 out of 5

I tried this in store because it was right next to FCUK friction and initially I didn’t like it one bit. However, the dry down is beautiful. It smells really good a little like bright crystal but not as sweet and lighter.
I am definitely going back to buy this tomorrow. For $12.99, it’s totally the underdog of the perfume world.

  29. :

Not quite as bad as Him, Connect Him and Connect Her, but still a waste of money. You can do a lot better even at this price.

Too powdery, too sweet, too harsh. Smells like cheap soap.

This was a gift from a dear friend and I loved it..I didn’t feel the synthetic effects of it..To me it was a clean fresh scent..delicious!

  32. :

    5 out of 5

Don’t like this smell, masculine, plane and quite heavy, makes me a bit dizzy, purchased 100ml due to the low price about a couple of years ago and did not use even a quarter of it. The design of the bottle makes the product look a bit posh, but the smell is quite heavy and somewhere cheap.. would not purchase again.

  33. :

    4 out of 5

As the other reviews have mentioned, this is light, soft, inoffensive, but nothing that really stands out.
You could catch a whiff of this (as in if you REALLY tried, since it’s so soft) and think that it’s pleasant but I highly doubt you would love it enough to compliment someone on it or wonder what they were wearing.
Light, sweet, nondescript flowers. (Is that what peony smells like?) Mixed with a little sandalwood.
Kind of smells like drugstore hair conditioner… not in a bad way, but just to really hammer home the idea that this is a pleasant but generic scent.
I’ve seen this one very cheap (Winners in Canada, as well as Ebay is $20 for 100mL). But there are better ones out there for a similarly cheap price.
Fades into nothing rather quickly, though my skin does eat fragrances.

very soft and pretty! I expected something stronger with sandalwood, but the blend of the notes is very subtle and well put together. Very nice!

This was a gift, and I have tried to enjoy it for the sake of the giver, but I can’t. My biggest complaint is unfortunately with the bottle. The spray mechanism is beyond frustrating into painful and impossible. I have to brace it on the counter and use my right thumb to depress it. My weaker, clumsy left hand won’t do it at all. I have zero problems spraying my other perfumes with my left hand. I’ve since read other reviews complaining about this so its not just a defective bottle I have.
I was given FCUK as a gift because I liked Om by The Gap and it has been discontinued. I was warned about the name but still had to do a double take. If anyone ever asked what I was wearing, I would have to take a moment’s pause to make sure I didn’t slip up. So, yeah, the name is a negative for me. I don’t find it at all amusing though I could see how others might.
Bur I gave nothing to worry about because no one will EVER ask me what I am wearing. I have layered myself three time in this stuff and it fades to nothing within an hour. It does smell a little like Om in that it is a sweet and spicy musk scent although it smells a little sourer to me like wilted flowers. Not pleasant, that sour, wilted smell, but even in this quickly vanishing scent the spicy musk is stronger and I have to inhale long and deep with nose pressed to wrist to find it.
So, I’ve decided to give up on this one. The impossibly spray nozzle on this bottle pushed me over the edge faster, but the non existence and sour-wilted scent made this a doomed fragrance from the start.
I should note, this smells different on my sister. It smells spicy, musky and slightly, nicely floral on her. It smells stronger and lasts longer, but its not her thing. She has small hands but rock climbs so her fingers are much stronger than mine, and she found this large, oddly shaped bottle and hard spray nozzle impossible at every angle.

French Connection UK for Her, is really pretty!
It smells a little sweet, very floral, but none of the flowers are at all overpowering. And I’m really enjoying the sandalwood & patchouli. I think this is nice…it just makes me feel happy. 🙂
I don’t see myself buying it, only because it doesn’t have a wow-factor for me, but I am glad that I have 4 sample vials. I’m definitely going to use them up.

  40. :

An everyday scent that remains on clothes for 24 hours. All scents highlighted above are woven together nicely into a brilliant floral rose soap smell.

  41. :

    4 out of 5

I liked this a lot more than ‘Late Night’, I think this one smells a lot cleaner and fresher without the candy undertones that ‘Late Night’ seems to possess.
I bought this at a discount chemist for only $12… who can say no to 100ml for $12?
I really love the clean and almost soapy just-out-of-the-shower smell. It’s got floral but it’s not too sweet. I would almost pick this as a unisex scent, which I’ve been on the look out for. I would be happy to wear this as a scent for everyday and especially if I were to be in closed spaces with other people (planes, etc) as I feel it’s really unobtrusive.
It doesn’t last as long as I’d like but I only tried it on skin so far, I’m usually one to put a spritz on my hair/clothes so I’m sure it’ll have a nicer hang time if I did that.
All in all I’m really happy with my purchase. 🙂

  42. :

    3 out of 5

Lily of the valley is on me one of those notes that dominates a scent on my skin, so when I saw lily as a top note in this fragrance I didn’t even bother to test it. Dumb, because FCUK has other fragrances that I like. So, when I finally tested it I was surprised at how well balanced and ‘controlled’ the lily note is. The peony and jasmine have a tight hold on her, with a helping hand from a powdery violet, a feisty rose and, –can it be?– a spicy cinnamon/sandalwood note that is on the lookout far away but still noticeable.
It’s a fun mellow and yummy scent. As a reviewer below stated it’s reminiscent of She Wood (I can detect the powdery yet fresh violet notes they both share) but FCUK Her Fragrance is more floral. This is a pretty spring/summer/office scent that is tender and lovely.
Of course I can’t ignore the attention the name: FCUK gets; well, FCUK is a -rather young- fashion brand in the UK and is obviously playing a game with missing vowels and rearranging letters to get just the effect that most people have when reading it. “WHAT is that called?!”
Well, FCUK stands for French Connection United Kingdom. And that’s all folks….Don’t judge this one by its name (or the other scrabble meaning of it) and try it. It’s inexpensive and lovely and they have a few pretty scents to choose from.
The bottle is a love or hate design, I don’t care for the design, it’s rather heavy and has a tiny base to stand on which makes the bottle fall over at the slightest touch. Also, the pump action is a bit rigid, but considering the friendly price and the lovely juice in it I can live with it till my 100ML are gone.
Silage is: a wonderful white floral cloud with a dusty violet — Longevity is: a tender but pretty 5+ hours.

Great everyday scent. I bought a 100ml bottle for 15 EUR and was surprised how good it smelled on me.
It really works great with my skin.
The opening is awful, but it’s worth to give it a few minutes and get to the next note.

  47. :

    Modern with a twist.
This perfume is very clean and is a good perfume to wear day to day. I think this perfume would be good for beginners just starting out wearing perfume or people who like a nice, soapy, flowery smell for everyday/casual wear. This is not a heavy fragrance by any means.
The perfume starts out with the bursting floral notes of iris, violet, peony, and jasmine. For me, I smell the jasmine scent a lot on my skin which is nice since jasmine is one of my favorite smells. It starts out smelling very sweet and very soapy however. Many described this as an ‘I just came out of the shower smell.’ And rightfully so. As it wears down, it becomes richer and woody with the sandalwood and vanilla peaking through. Good wear and good price. I paid about $15 for the 100 mL bottle.
Overall, FCUK Her embraces the ingenuity and feminism of the modern woman. I think that was what FCUK was trying to create with this perfume and bottle design. A no-fuss smell that any woman (or man!) can wear.
By the way, I really liked the bottle and it’s design. The spritzer works really well and I like how unique the bottle is.
    Longevity: 4-5 hours
Would I pick this up again: Possibly.

  48. :

This perfume works really well on my skin. Starts out musky and strong, but after a hour it softened and it smelled more rose-like.
It lasts very long on my skin. Yesterday, i spayed it on once, 4,5 hours later i showered, and an hour later i could still smell the base notes on my skin, after the shower!
Only downside for me is the bottle.. i like my bottles more girly and not as clean and angular as this one. But hey.. if the scent works..
If you like rose-parfumes but you want a sexy one with a twist, you should give this one a try!

  49. :

    3 out of 5

I found the top notes here purely violet but soon after it settled down quite powdery, reminded me of old ladies and floral talcum powder, really ruined it for me as I was loving the violet, an hour later I felt this scent had changed dramatically; very musky with something quite masculine, not sure what this was? I’m very dissapointed but at least my daughter loves it 🙂

My mother use to own this about 2 years ago, and i would always be stealing the bottle and using every last drop. i picked it up the other day for i think $10 or $15 i cant remember but i dont know how i use to stand it. Personally the first and only thing i can smell is a alcohol smell. it last about 1 hour tops and it’s very strong smelling perfume, i wouldn’t recommend it for someone under 25 its more of a mature scent defiantly

  52. :

    3 out of 5

Smelled the same from beginning to end (Fresh Violet from the 80’s). Flower lovers will probably love this perfume. Inexpensive but not cheap (fragrance lasting up to 8 hours) and It is suitable for women(mature) who work indoors.

  53. :

    3 out of 5

I got nothing on the beginning. But wait for half an hour. ..On my skin, it became a very sexy scent. Cheap and usefull. . that’s way I like this one! 🙂

  54. :

    4 out of 5

I’m not overly keen on this perfume because it’s quite plain smelling, however if you are looking for an out of the shower light/fresh smelling fragrance then this could be good for you.

  55. :

    3 out of 5

At first, this one smells strong and borders on over-synthetic. I can definitely pick up the Rose, Sandalwood, and Violet. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to mingle well on my skin initially. Perhaps it will reveal something better during drydown…
EDIT: Unfortunately, it hasn’t changed much in the last few hours. Still an odd powdery synthetic flower smell on my skin. Glad it works for others, just not my cup of tea.

  56. :

    4 out of 5

This one is on sale at my local drugstore, and I was tempted to buy it after spritzing it on, but I’m glad I didn’t. I really like the top notes, as others have said its a pretty generic floral, but I like it and it smelled good on me….but the dry-down…yeesh…waaay too musky for my taste (not a fan of musk), and just really synthetic, heavy and sort of headache-inducing. I also thought the bottle was really tacky and cheap looking (although the name doesn’t bother me, I think its kind of cheeky)

  57. :

    4 out of 5

Light and floral with a slight fruity sweetness to it that’s not overpowering or overly noticeable. It reminds me of that smell in the air after light summer rain but not aquatic at all.
I can see this being a very pleasant spring time or light everyday scent, doesn’t last very long though. I don’t see myself wearing it often if at all but it is definitely a pretty scent.

  58. :

    5 out of 5

light and sweet. not lasting. my sister likes it.

  59. :

    5 out of 5

I love this lightly scented oriental floral. It has a slightly sweet, warm, musky drydown….I just wish that it had the lasting power that has been mentioned by several other reviewers. Unfortunately, it doesn’t last long on my skin or project very well. But for such a reasonable price I will just reapply often and apply it heavily. If you hate this scent stay clear of me!!! 🙂 I bought this in the gift set which had the Edt along with the shimmer lotion. I don’t care for the shimmer lotion at all. It has WAY too much gold colored shimmer for me. I will definitely be sure to purchase the regular gift set in the future.

  60. :

When I first put this on (some months ago), it wasn’t totally unpleasant. I wore it a couple more times and then it started to get on my nerves! I can’t define any notes or anything (maybe the peony and cedar notes?), but there’s that annoying mens perfume smell in this one, and it just smells very synthetic and cheap on me. I was hoping this would be a nice, summer-type fragrance, but unfortunately, it’s not for me! Longevity was great, and that didn’t really help! I’m going to be corny and say: “FCUK this!”

  61. :

    5 out of 5

I tried this during my summer perfume shops perusal and I must say I was not expecting anything extraordinary to happen, yet I was left with a very lovely white flowers and blonde woods comfortable sensation. It has very good staying power and I see it as an everyday work scent. It is really worth a try, as it is much better than any “pure” or “white” or “sheer” big fragrances denomination of other well known perfume houses.

  62. :

    3 out of 5

this is nothing that makes me go WOW, and it’s definitely not my type of fragrance (i lean towards more girly-girl, young, sweet scents.. think britney spears fantasy) but this is very sophisticated, without smelling “old”. it’s actually pretty sexy in a low-key way. slightly powdery, slightly warm, slightly spicy.. nothing over the top in this one. very understated, but still makes a statement. the type of woman i see wearing this has long, sleek ultra light blonde hair or super dark brown hair, wearing a sexy business outfit…which is the total opposite of me (whomp..) very attractive fragrance, just not me.

  63. :

    3 out of 5

i dint fall in love with at first, but then as it started to settle on my skin i kinda liked it, but i do not smel rose at all, and sandalwood is too strong, its lasting power is good on me.
it grows in when i step out of house.
i dont think its floral, its rather woodsy cuz of the extra sandalwood effect, which i dont like.
overall i would say its an average frangrance, it can be used on daily basis, its lasting power is really good, base notes smell nice, but i wont repeat it cuz i like fruity, citrus fresh and marine frangrances, miami glow and nina ricci’s premier jour are my fav

So I’m feeling compelled to cut this scent some slack. First impression was rather “meh”. The name, I’m not even going to go into that; what a failure. The bottle, meh. The description, meh.
But the scent. Oh Em Gee. This honestly does not happen very often for me, ESPECIALLY when I’m so unimpressed by the above mentioned aspects. I can safely say that this was love at first whiff.
Yes, I get the soap, yes I get the powder, but I am absolutely adoring the package it comes in: To be able to wrap “soapy” and “clean” into a cocoon of warmth and sensuality really shows exceptional abilities on behalf of the creator and I am very much appreciating that.
Let’s be honest, “clean and soapy” generally constitutes the opposite end of the spectrum compared to “warm and sensual”, correct? Well, “fcuk her fragrance” combines the two and does it well. Contrary to many other reviews here, I see this as being a nighttime scent for the days inbetween autumn and winter – it feels like that favorite blanket or throw you love to snuggle up in on the couch at night, clean and still warm straight out of the dryer. Lovely through and through.

I find their scents rather boring. And although they market their name as an abbrevation of a longer name, of course everyone thinks of something else and IMO that’s intentional. The name of the scent fits into that play too. I don’t like that.

I really like this one. It’s not something i would wear all the time but it has it’s time and place. Not sure where the oriental comes in though. To me it’s just a lovely, easy wearing floral scent. I’ve worn to it work and had compliments.

OK, I just have to laugh out loud when I read posts like: “the name sucks”, “what a terrible name/bottle”, “tacky name”, “clinical thermometer” etc. Sheesh, give me a break. The name FCUK is not offensive although, obviously, it often does require “translation”.
FCUK stands for French Connection UK, and not “that word”. It says it all right in the description!
FCUK is actually quite a decent brand, and I even have a couple of their tees a jeans. I am not the least surprised they followed with fragrances.
As for the fragrance itself – clean, unobtrusive, flowery. Nice light musky drydown. OK for the office. And I do like the metro-chic bottle…

Another nondescript, sweetish fruity-floral, but a reasonably nice and inoffensive one. It starts out with peaches and generic flowers, with a light dose of something that’s a little softer than the standard drugstore woody-musky base, although similar. I know fruit isn’t listed in the notes, but I smell it.
The scent stays linear, with moderate sillage, hanging on for quite a long time, probably much longer than it needs to. However, I do have to say that I like the soft, musky drydown at the end. If you’re looking for something interesting and unusual, this is not it. However, if you’re looking for a cheap, pleasant, conventional scent with all-day lasting power, this might be a good choice if you don’t mind fielding questions about the name of what you’re wearing.

To me it smells like acetone drenched lilac & is migraine inducing.
    Connect & Three are better.

This scent reminds me of a modern day city scene. People sashaying down the street in skin tight jeans, jimmy choos, tumbling in and out of metros, pretty college girls crossing the road with their laughter trailing behind. I love how sexy and understated this perfume is. It’s unique for sure, the sandalwood note is great..really softens the whole scent. I find it to be a very classy scent. The onrush of violets and jasmine really give it a sweet feminine touch. I love to wear this when going for a movie or lunch. It lasts all day. A great smelling scent by Fcuk…the name is really clever too!!! I’m not too keen on the bottle though….its get a 4.5/5 from me!

Pleasant, but as mentioned before by others, it isn’t overly special. Easy & inoffensive… smelling. Seriously though, I think I might be in the minority in that a silly play on words doesn’t bother me at all. The most offensive part of the name is that the fragrance certainly doesn’t evoke such strong imagery or urges — a bit of a mislabel I’m afraid, but certainly not a terrible perfume. If you have the need for something light, easy to wear, and not too cloying (and you have $17 to spend at TJ Maxx), then this might not be a bad fragrance to consider.

Ok…I like the scent to wear to bed at night because it is a soft powdery, fresh scent. The bottle is the ugliest plastic design I have seen for a woman’s perfume. It is also hard to spray if you have small hands. The price was decent at TJ Maxx for 3.4 Oz. at $17.

the add is cute, in a silly way…
the name is silly, all the way!
the scent doesnt stay with you all day…
but its light, fresh and floral,
and its worth the $15 i pay!
    🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

Opens with a big blast of citrus and ALCOHOL — I’m dabbing from a sample vial, and I can only imagine the alcohol would be even stronger if sprayed. Then it settles down to a warm, sweetish floralish scent, with maybe … jasmine? and some other stuff? Then warm vanilla, bright woody amber, and a little bit of spice. It’s not too heady or screechy at all, like some florals, and it’s not excessively sweet.
It smells a lot like Yves Rocher Voile d’Ambre to me, except that V d’A is a little on the overly sweet side for me and this isn’t. But cheaper and thinner — and V d’A lasts all day, while this is already on its way out after a few hours. Still, FCUK Her is a perfectly nice office/inoffensive scent that goes practically for free at online discounters. I wouldn’t mind owning a bottle if I didn’t already have Voile d’Ambre, it didn’t open with so much alcohol, and the name and bottle weren’t so tacky.

I was burdened with this sample by a well-meaning ebay seller as a gift with purchase. FCUK Her smells like a nice supermarket shower gel with all the banality this implies. The only emotion this may arouse would be a mild vexation that you wasted valuable skin real estate sampling this instead of one of the other 50 samples lurking in your closet.

I love FCUK clothing line but not so much with the fragrance. I wasn’t even excited when I receive this sample. Anyway, this FCUK for Her starts out very strong with alcohol; almost like straight up cheap vodka. Then all I can smell is flowers! A lot of flowers with jasmine being the strongest. As soon as I start to feel suffocated, the flowers tone down into just rose, a tad sweet vanilla, and clean musk. I like this combo! But yes, there is something cheap about it. At the end, it’s a nice inoffensive scent that is good for everyday.

I don’t like it at all…it smells like some wine or something sweet and sour.

Given as a gift, it doesn’t last long on the skin, can spray loads and it doesn’t stay. I really liked it at first, but it’s so one dimensional and doesn’t last I’ve gone off. Light, clean, nothing special.
