Citrus, light, daily, edt 2 hour spray. For office using. Gives you chills. Summer, fun feeling. I liked. Bottle is little and lightweighting.

Cool Water Sea Rose Caribbean Summer is for floral lovers only. I concur with Stella Blu who says it smells like soap – like a quality rose or peony soap. And that’s a great way to smell on a hot day! Longevity is good and sillage is moderate, about as much sillage as anyone would want on a hot day.
The cashmeran makes a nice base for this because it warms it up and balances what could otherwise be screechiness in the rose/pear/orange combination. I can detect the orange more than pear. It’s not too much orange; too much orange would give that sangria feel, of which I am not particularly a fan. But this has a pleasant amount of orange.
It’s not synthetic smelling to me. It smells a lot like peony, and I am shocked no peony is listed. Cool Water Sea Rose Caribbean Summer works well in the heat. This and JHAG’s Lady Vengeance have been my best summer rose scents.
Despite its being a Cool Water flanker, there are no aquatic notes here. I am surprised at their omission. Beachy rose would have been nice.
Aurelien Guichard has done some wonderful fragrances, including Nina Ricci’s Love in Paris. This has something in common with that scent, just something about the way it plays out. Great choice and a beautiful bottle.

Reminds me of a more sophisticated version of fruity rhythm, by Adidas. Very lovely and uplifting fragrance that is great anytime. Would definitely reccomend to a friend, I love Davidoff!

Hmm ….I feel a bit strange cause of comments below but I must say I liked it . It stayed hours on my dress and it smelled like a fresh rosy soap. Got compliments… It’s a clean daily wear fragrance…:)

I totally agree with Konga5000’s take on this. And while I do sometimes like a ‘room freshener’ scented perfume (I’m a weird one in that way, what can I say..lol), but this one I agree, too artificial and too chemical-smelling. It also to me smells like a cheap very chemical smelling synthetic deodorant, the kind you might find somewhere as a freebie. And I agree, the bottle is pretty, so that is the only reason I am keeping this (for now).
Dare I even describe the notes? But here goes.. I do not pick up any of the notes listed, if anything I pick up a grapefruit scent (and a very chemical and synthetic one at that!), so that might be why this smells sort of foul on me..grapefruit notes are very tricky on my skin and more often than not just smell foul on me, especially if a synthetic smell, which this one is unfortunately, on me/to my nose.

A big plastic rose with some fruit thrown in. Might make a good room spray or after bath whatever. Wholly generic and artificial- and medium longevity.
The bottle is prettier than it needs to be!
