Monotheme Fine Fragrances Venezia presents the new fragrance inspired by simplicity and innocence of daisy and its gentle flowers full of joy. Dashy DAISY DAISY transfers liveliness and femininity with composition enriched with fruit, white flowers and a sensual and soft blend of wood and musk.
The refreshing and optimistic opening of the composition is accentuated with fruity drops and green accords. The main role in the heart goes to white daisy flowers, supported and surrounded by feminine notes of white musk. Sensuality and softness are highlighted by sandalwood, cashmere and white musk in the trail.
Perfume Daisy Daisy arrives in a bottle shaped like old apothecary bottles, characteristic of the house of Monotheme. The fragrance can be obtained as 100ml Eau de Toilette.

Generally I find Monotheme perfumes uncomplicated and pleasing, something light to spray on when I can’t decide what I want to wear. I was tempted by Daisy Daisy because it sounded light and gentle.
The results were not quite what I expected, the sweet fruit and green notes are very pronounced just after spraying, on drydown there is still a little more fruit than I would like. At first I thought, no, I don’t really want to keep this (it was a blind buy, quite a lot of my purchases are!).
I tried layering with a little Sweet Violet, at first this toned down the sweetness very pleasantly, but I still get that fruit candy smell coming through – it is very dominant.
I will keep this, but I wouldn’t buy it again – not that I would need to because I can see this being in my cupboard for some time, waiting for me to wear it again! I would say this one is only about a 4 out of 10 for me, but I will experiment with some more layering.
