I just dont like this. The citrus is overpowering, sharp & it comes across smelling like something you spray on your countertops to clean with. I think this is the only Burberry scent I have ever disliked.

Perfect clean and fresh out of the shower scent! Nothing absolutely special about it, but nothing bad neither… it’s a good everyday scent that could not bother anyone… it’s good, but not great if you see what i meen… I tryed this one because of it’s comparaison to bright crystal wich I love, but except for the clean aspect, I personnaly dont think they are dupes… I prefer the sweet tarteness of bright crystal, but that just my taste

To me, the grapefruit smell is way too strong and makes it smell like a house cleaner. Wouldn’t suggest.

On first spray, it made me literally say “YES!” because it was perfectly fruity and pretty and sparkly, however after about 20 minutes, it smells like straight Clean Linen Lysol on my skin, almost masculine. I wish there were a way to keep that top note because it was amazing!

I love this scent when it’s hot outside. It’s very fruity and clean smelling and doesn’t really slap anyone that might be in close proximity in the face-it radiates about arms length and very very lightly.
The opening for me is nothing but citrus and after an hour or so I get gentle peony and just a little lingering fruit but nothing complex. Very simple fragrance. Nothing seductive or multi-faceted to this one at all. It’s all clean laundry and eating fruit on a hot summer day.

When it’s very hot and humid here in Montreal and 35+degres outside, i find myself reaching for this one. Its not the kind of perfume that will totally blow your mind but Sheer is a fragrance that is simple, refreshing, soapy, clean and light that when its very hot outside, it suddently transforms into the “Mr Freeze” You want. Its great to have that option in your collection. Sometimes i mix it with My Burberry Blush, try it ! The two can easily be wear together, blush adds a little and gentle sweetness to Sheer. Either way, sheer by itself smells awsome in hot summertime days. There were times i almost get rid of it …i’m glad i didn’t!!

This is a pretty but very generic, fleeting scent. It has terrible longevity, lasting about 1 hour on my skin and pretty bad sillage, barely a skin scent after 20 minutes.
I’m don’t know what you make of Burberry. They are a pretty bold, edgy brand but their scents are so meh.

I prefer this over the Brit Rhythm. Brit Sheer is so fresh and light and on me I smell mostly peony and musk notes in the opening and dry down. I smell very little of the citrus notes but perhaps my body chemistry doesn’t pick it up. Longevity and sillage is moderate for me. Such a beautiful floral scent that I would wear in the warmer months day and night. Love it!

I received Brit Sheer as a gift and after a quick test,I gave it to my sister.her signature is lanvin eclat arpege and Jesus del pozo Halloween kiss and she was looking for a new signature, something that belongs to the same league of delicate, super feminine, clean scents but with more fruity punch
Brit sheer was a love at first sniff for her.she loves cool scents(as opposite of warm),something bright, crisp, refreshing, youthful and uplifting and brit sheer is exactly mentioned things.I remember almost sour and sweet, mouth watering, fresh fruity notes, light and delicate florals and a hint of clean musk.
Versace bright crystal was my signature about ten years ago.I haven’t tested it recently but from my memory, they belong to the same league but they don’t smell similar.brit sheer is more sharp and fruity sour
My sister is satisfied with it’s longevity but she says sillage is moderate at it’s best.all in all considering it’s price,it’s a good choice for ladys who love refreshing summary fruityflorals

Reminds me of perfume I had as a girl. More interesting than Burberry…but still generic.

It’s a little busy. An exuberance of notes like an enthusiast jam session. Summery and cheery and flirty in a similar way to the other Burberry’s of my acquaintance

  12. :

On me this old version opens more yummy in a fruity way. I feel litchi. It also seems to me more heavy than later done version, despite it’s still light peony. And besides, this version seems to me less citrusy. This one is better, only maybe the last one is more fresh for the summer season. And only the later done reminds me Bright Crystal a little bit,it’s not cool, because that fragrance is everywhere in summer.
I like this fragrance. It’s fresh and nice. Only the lasting power is bad(

I like this. I don’t think it smells anything like Bright Crystal. I don’t smell the similarity at all. Also for a toilette, it has pretty amazing staying power on me and scents usually tend to fade on me pretty quickly. It’s more sweet and floraly and has that Burberry undertone dry down to it. It’s a really nice everyday scent. I don’t get tart or crisp at all, more soft, sweet, floral.

I loved how this smelled on the tester paper. Before I buy a perfume, though, I usually try it on- so I spritzed this on and it did not disappoint! For me, it is very floral. I think my body chemistry burns off the citrus notes pretty quickly- but that’s okay because I adore peony which is most intensive for me with this perfume and then just the right amount of musk and ‘white wood’ to keep it from being cloying. Sidenote- this is truly the only Burberry Scent that doesn’t smell like a floor cleaner or acne medicine on me. Must be my chemistry but I have tried almost every scent of theirs and it just does not work for me- but this one has gotten me compliments.

It’s very clean, and it’s pretty the way early spring time is pretty. The way 9 year old girls are pretty, with their over sized teeth. It just doesn’t offer enough interest, or refinement. Especially considering it’s Burberry, I had higher expectations. After the initial display of bright and juicy top notes, Brit Sheer smells exactly like a pink Calgon body spray I convinced my mother to buy me when I started junior high. It smells like feeling very grown up and *thinking* I was wearing perfume. It smells like the beauty aisle at Walgreens.
I agree with the comparisons to Envy Me, though I like that one a little better and for a little longer than I do this (it has a longer lifespan on my skin).

Class in a bottle. I can see this fresh scent paired with a tweed suit. Dignified powdery essence married with subtle fresh fruit. Its crisp and it LASTS. Great projection, and not overwhelming. Perfect for autumn. A keeper.

  20. :

Generic good soapy scent. I like it – but not really love it.

  21. :

    5 out of 5

Generic fruity and woody scent. Has the same cedar/wood smell as Brit. Very short lasting on my skin only sticks around for about 3 hours and wears very close to the skin. It does have a nice woody freshness to it. I could see this being an easy grab and go type of summer fragrance for someone who doesn’t mind having to reapply regularly.

  22. :

    5 out of 5

A light little breeze of a fragrance. It’s very linear. It’s just fruity and not much else. The dry down has some very light wood, but it’s almost non-existent.
Brit Sheer is pleasant and innocuous. It would be a good gateway scent for a tween girl. It’s probably too simplistic for someone who really loves perfume.

  23. :

    4 out of 5

Pleasant uplifting fruity sheer something, sweet pineapple and peony. That’s literally it.

  24. :

Wayyyy too light I smell an orange nottee but it’s not fresh and pronounced maybe if it was I would love it. The orange note is covered in synthetic cloying high fructose corn syrup fake sugar… Overall, 4/10! Not caliber of Jo Malone orange blossom now that’s fresh oranges with green leaves you picked from the tropics not Walmart oranges…that sat around for weeks…
Safe scent but nothing I’ll run out and buy with all of my tax refund check only Mariah has it like that…from me to you Mimi you got it like that ;)! Ha

when I wear this perfume I get lots of compliments )
    very feminine and lovely scent
I do not really like the original Brit but this one is perfect for me. I had about 5 bottles and can’t stop buying
I often use it during spring-summer period and for sunny days and cloudy april evenings it suits great.
the design of the bottle is also nice

  27. :

Love this one in the spring and summer. It’s one of my top three summer scents, actually. So much so that I have a 3.4oz backup bottle.
It’s the light fresh girly quality that makes me happy. It isn’t sugary or tart, and it’s clean without being a white musk. I suppose it could come off as dryer sheet or laundry detergent to some, but I have to use unscented laundry products so have been saved from that association, yay for me.
Besides use as a personal fragrance, I also like to use this as a freshening spray on my bed between cleaning the sheets or in my closet.
    Good stuff!

I used to wear this perfume in high school and would always get compliments on it when someone used to hug me. And that’s really the only time someone would smell it…when they hug me.
This lasting power on this perfume isn’t too bad (moderate) but only people that’s standing super close to you can smell it.
It smells very “pink”, fruity, girly, but also something interesting that’s lingering in the background of this perfume!
I got it as a gift and enjoyed every drop of this perfume. It’s worth a buy, but there are better perfumes out there that I would rather spend my money on than this!

  29. :

Bright and fresh fruity fragrance. Happy, exotic scent for younger women to wear during spring and summer. In competition with Verace Bright Crystal, Burberry wins.

It’s the only thing I can wear in this mad heat! And I’m slightly falling in love… of course it could be the madness talking caused by the heat – since there was a time I didn’t think too highly of Brit Sheer. But all the that really matters at this point is that I really enjoy it.
I tested it in a store a few years ago, liked it enough, bought it a day later… and disliked it almost immediately. Something in it smelled like an air freshener to me, and I cannot stand it. A few weeks ago I thought I’d give it a second (fourth? Fifth maybe?) chance, and funnily enough the “air freshener” note has become unnoticeable. All I notice now is fresh juicy fruits (grapefruit???) mixed with cold “watery” (read: dewy) flowers (must be the peony coz there’s some sharpness to it as well) on a clean musky-woody base. Nothing too special or memorable I guess, but still – I cannot deny the fact that I’m happy I found it again! Even if it’s just a quick summer fling and nothing serious at all 🙂

I’ve been craving fresh florals lately, and I thought Brit Sheer would fit the bill. However, like LillyBunnyBoo (below), Brit Sheer made me feel sick immediately after spraying a tiny spritz on my wrist. It’s very sweet and artificial, like concentrated kids shampoo. I tried to let it sit for a bit to see if the dry down would be worth it, but I had to scrub it quickly as a headache was coming on and my stomach turned every time I caught a whiff. I don’t know why it made me feel so viscerally ill, but it did.

This is an amazing fragrance for everyday wear. Very soft, yet interesting. I prefer to use it in the summertime, because I think it is more citrusy than floral. I finished a 100ml bottle, and I am already finishing my 30ml one.

  34. :

    3 out of 5

I just sampled this for the very first time, and I almost regurgitated at first whiff. lol The reviewer who exclaimed that its drydown is nauseating was, for me, spot on…and I’ll add that its top notes nauseated me, as well.
    And induced a sinus/cluster headache.
This is just me. IMHO, it reeks of cheap 80s hairspray. It’s just that “chemical-y” to me.
I wish I could identify the ingredient, or ingredients, or combination thereof, that evoke(s) such a visceral and intense reaction from me. I can’t. But I’ve smelled this kind of “scent” before, and it always, always makes me want to puke and messes with my sinuses.
If anyone has any idea what possible notes this contains that could compel a strong reaction like this, please clue me in. I’m very curious. 🙂

I don’t think this smells like Bright Crystal. It has a similar vibe, as in it’s citrusy and clean, but Brit Sheer is less sharp, less aquatic, and more bitter, which makes it slightly more unisex. And most importantly, Brit Sheer smells less cheap. I believe its ingredients are of better quality. Bright Crystal has this weird deodorant-like sour musk that not only offends my nose, but also triggers a huge headache. I actually adore this scent. I find it similar to Victoria’s Secret Bombshell, only perhaps less tart and a bit more bitter (perhaps this also contains the peel of some of the fruits).

You can not go wrong with this one. Perfect for warmer days or formal occasions where you must keep it simple but don’t want to give up your perfume.
    Very simple and clean perfume.

I blind bought it years ago and I didn’t regret it. It is a very nice and safe fresh-fruity fragrance, that fortunately isn’t neither weak nor cloying at all. The yuzu is so strong as well as the pineapple,at least on me at it has an almost detergnet-like vibe. It lasted me about 4 to 6 hours and the sillage was soft to moderate.I only have 1 spritz left but it was a 30ml bottle anyways!

I finally bought this the other day! I’ve wanted this perfume for ages now but it’s not exactly inexpensive! Thankfully, i found a new website that sell perfumes for next to nothing, so I got the 100mls of this for 37.50!!! It’s so fresh smelling and so clean, girly and soft….just to name a few! Definitely worth the money

This was one of my everyday favorites for two years (in rotation with l’eau de Issey and J’adore).
But suddenly, and without warning, my closest friend started wearing it everyday!!!
Needless to say, I was upset, I don’t share fragrances well….. I don’t like to wear what other people around me are wearing. And no matter how much I love a scent, if one of my friends had a favorite/signature scent that they wear religiously, I won’t even entertain the notion of wearing it (which is the reason I can’t wear BBW’ s Beautiful Day. 🙁 )
So, I no longer wear this beauty. Unfortunate, because I loved the fresh, tart citrus smell. It has great longevity too, it lingered on my skin and clothing long afterwards.

  42. :

    3 out of 5

Decent longevity for an EDT, and surprisingly unique in a sea of ultra-generic smelling Versace Bright Crystals and the like… Yes, it’s another one of those sweet, fresh, fruity florals but there’s that signature “oh, that’s a burberry scent” note in there that makes it a touch more sophisticated than the others. Hard to hate, easy to wear. Perfect for these ridiculously humid summer days.

  43. :

    4 out of 5

This is so yummy. Starts out cool, fresh grapefruit on me, I guess it’s the yuzu. Then it settles into this really nice mashup of juicy fruits and peony. It lasts a good long time and winds up smelling like laundry detergent in the best kind of way.
What’s really nice is that it’s pretty and feminine but sits pretty close to the skin and is basically inoffensive. I can wear it to my job at a hospital no problem.

  44. :

    3 out of 5

This one surprised me! For some reason I associate Burberry with stuck up snotty rich kids, therefore, I can’t stand most of their fragrances! That being said, I actually really enjoyed this! It’s girly, summery, flirty fun and soft! It would be something that would be amazing after having bath at night and curling up in bed to go to sleep in!! I would say this would be very well suited for office use, casual day time use…those types of occasions! The downfall would be the longevity, perhaps on others it lasts longer but on my skin it’s gone within the hour, actually more like the half hour!

  45. :

    3 out of 5

Simplistic, fresh, sparkly floral with a mash of juicy citrus fruit. This smells very clean and a bit sporty to my nose. I would expect this scent to be released by Adidas or an American sportswear brand, not Burberry! I have been wearing this all day and all I can think is “This smells like a really nice deodorant or laundry detergent”.
I have a small bottle of this and will try wearing a bit more to see if it grows on me. It is not that I dislike it, I am just not fussed by it at all. Its hardly noticable, nice when you get a whiff of it – it is nice to smell a bit of something rather than nothing at all, but it inspires no reaction whatsoever. An apt name would be Burberry Brit Meh.

  46. :

    5 out of 5

Very clean, fresh, “sheer” scent – it’s a very “innocent girl” scent.
This is my daily go-to spring/summer scent when I’m just going about my daily tasks. It doesn’t last very long on me – about 4 hours tops and that’s being generous. The bottle is pretty easy to carry around though, so I don’t mind it very much.

  47. :

    3 out of 5

Pretty close to Intimately Beckham, a little softer.

  48. :

    3 out of 5

Wow I didn’t expect to love this so much! Such a sparkling, uplifting scent, without any sour notes! IMHO perfect for spring and summer. When I spray this, I get a cooling sensation and a burst of energy! Highly recommended if you want a refreshing fragrance.

  49. :

    3 out of 5

Oh my! Cassandra’s review is spot on! I loved the fresh powdery (but not too powdery) citrus scent I had the first hour. But then I kept smelling playdoh with something I couldn’t put my finger on. It IS sunscreen playdoh. I’m so disappointed!

  50. :

    5 out of 5

When I first apply it, I get this fresh tangy and sweet mix of citrus and litchi, with a bit of floral, very girl, and fresh. It’s pretty good, however, after it dries it has this disgusting smell of play dough sunscreen. I don;t know what and it’s really disappointing because the initial scent smelled so good, but the dry down is just nauseating.

  51. :

    4 out of 5

On me it had a very bitter citrus opening note. But once the bitterness faded it was a short-lived but nice little fresh and light fragrance. I could wear it in summertime and it wouldn’t be overwhelming or cloying at all.

  52. :

    3 out of 5

This is so weak that it only lasts for about 1.5-2.5 hr on me. I did not find any interesting notes in this EDT. It’s just so normal and smelled like an unisex perfume for its Yuzu note perhaps. It’s a fresh perfume and should be wore in summer instead of winter.

  53. :

    5 out of 5

I bought a 50ml one many years ago after trying it on my wrist. The fresh and bright fruity notes had attracted me a lot. It has a similar base note with Marc Jacobs Daisy which was in my wishlist (and was on my another wrist at the same day I tried Brit Sheer).
Nowadays it still lasts less than 10ml in the bottle and it just dosen’t come to me again to wear it. Maybe it’s because I’m no longer a young girl like years ago to match the pure fruity fragrance. My taste changes. The scent becomes too “flat” to me now.

  54. :

    5 out of 5

The citrus note comes on quickly and sharply, and almost sour, and there is a citronella character that is a bit overwhelming initially. There are hints of lychee and pineapple that don’t quite do enough to round it out. Very slowly, the white musk begins to emerge, and the dry down reminds me vividly of Revlon’s Fire & Ice, which I was obsessed with when I was 13 years old. On the blotter it dried down to an underripe mandarin. Certainly not a favourite, but I can understand the appeal.

  55. :

    5 out of 5

This perfume is close to Gucci envy me (could be from litchi and pineapple) but without the spices and sexiness. The longevity is poor on me. Somehow, I still enjoy wearing this in-aggressive perfume, it gives me a happy mood for some reason.

  56. :

    5 out of 5

Sheer versions of popular scents are usually done one of two ways: either they smell like a lighter “watered down” version of the original with perhaps a slight variation for interest OR they take the wearer on a completely different journey that often solidifies a time and season that the original and it’s offspring are meant to be worn. Brit Sheer is the latter. Miles from it’s mother scent, which I consider a chilly fall/winter creation, Sheer is a cirtus-pear base with a veil of summer peonies. Experiencing it blindly, Burberry would not necessarily come to mind, but it most definitely has some bitter refinement that makes it discernible from a fruity bath shop body spritz. The clean woodsy note gives the potential for some to get furniture cleaner from this scent if overdone, which is easy to do with light summer creations. But applied appropriately this is a happy and light addition to a strong and eclectic fragrance house and a sweet but slightly rebellious progeny of the classic Burberry Brit.

    Fresh clean soapy girly

  58. :

    5 out of 5

This reminds me of the original, loud and fun Escada perfumes like Taj Sunset, Ibiza Hippie etc. Except that Brit Sheer is not as loud or sweet as the Escada perfumes were. I smell the lychee and pineapple as well floral notes and a clean white musk. It’s soft and not very long lasting, but it’s pleasant and pleasing for those around you. Not something I would wear any more but maybe once upon a time in my early 20’s yes I would have before Fragrantica opened a whole other world of perfumes to me.

  59. :

    5 out of 5

It’s clean, bright and crisp. But for my nose it’s too sharp, and I don’t understand what smells like this, because when I look at the notes it seems that I sense something else in it. For some reason, I can’t smell tropical pineapple or fresh litchi. I think it’s more floral than fruity.
Not even closely as good as Burberry Brit EDT.

I received this as a sample from Sephora, and I reminded why I am not fond of “fresh” perfumes.. Fresh perfumes always dry down on me to smell like soap. This one is no different. It smells exactly like Dawn dish washing soap to me.

  62. :

    5 out of 5

In my opinion it has very little to do with Burberry Brit edt/edp.
It’s a rosy light on a newborn spring/summer morning. Light, fresh, sweet, from the first sniff innocent and girly, but a bit later it shows its adult and naughty side smiling and teasing. Reminds me young Brigitte Bardot in her girly, romantic vichy dress dancing in a huge flower garden. The same sensual innocence, flirty and a bit naughty glances.
The dry down on me turns a bit soapy, but in a good way -fresh, clean, almost transparent joy of life.
It’s not unique and recognizable, it’s just a nice, fresh, clean spring/summer scent.

I have this new image of Burberry Brit Sheer..
(I sprayed 7x it really smells cheap.. First few minutes.. )
15 mins later you I appreciate the smell of Burberry Brit Sheer it smells like Versace Bright Crystal.
It smells Sweet, Fruity Floral and sort of really feminine. I have staffs (men and women) appreciate the smell on me. But it would give me a slight headache for 3-5mins and then minutes have passed I do appreciate the scent. I can’t help to say or think if something is wrong with me or Burberry Brit Sheer isn’t for me? (I don’t know it’s a bit complicated to describe)
So far — I like it but not that loving it. On the bright side of this perfume.. Days have passed, (doing my laundry 1-2 weeks later after spraying, due to traveling and travel –tip– if you asking why it took me so long do the laundry.. )
I would really sniff my shirt, my dress and say –woooohoo! smells good!
i am really amazed it’s still there 😀

I used to get confused which one to choose between Brit Sheer and Brit Summer.
At first sniff I fell in love with Brit Summer coz the tea + amber combination is quite crisp and unique. However, I find myself wearing SHEER more often.
Brit Sheer starts with fruity + immensely sweet opening (I’m not into sweet scents by the way), but after a few minutes.. W O W.. the drydown is LOVELY!! I find SHEER safer for everyday use because it develops into something clean and uplifting despite the hot weather.
Brit Summer on the other hand develops nicely during cold seasons or nightouts, will make a statement as compared to Sheer.
On my skin, both are DIVINE and included on top of my list!

Incredibly light, fresh, and very subtle. A great spring, summer, or early morning perfume. I find this perfume doesn’t have a lot of staying power though, and most people don’t even detect I am wearing anything since it doesn’t have much of a tail. Hubby bought me the roll-on as a stocking stuffer, so I wonder if that application (vs. spray) has something to do with it. A truly lovely scent, however not a personal favourite as I prefer slightly more prominent perfumes. I will likely keep a small bottle on hand for spring/summer and when the mood strikes for something crisp and light. It reminds me of something that would be nice to spray on the bed linens since it is such a soft scent.

I smelled this side by side with Weekend (my old love), and I have to say that this is a younger sister (or daughter?) to Weekend. This is Weekend diluted with fresh fruits added in place of the deep florals. I believe this should have been released as a Weekend flanker, not a Brit flanker, as it has absolutely nothing in common with the latter.
At the start, Brit Sheer and Weekend are quite different, Brit Sheer opens much juicier and lighter. But at some point, they start to smell quite similar (hello musky peach blossom!). ‘Clean, bright, fresh, peachy, musky, uplifting’, are words I would use to describe both scents…but Weekend is warmer, heavier, cozier, more floral and has a very noticeable clean laundry note. Brit Sheer is much fruitier with citrus and litchi, sweeter, lighter, much more crisp and airy. Same DNA though! If I had both, I would wear Brit Sheer in late spring and summer, and Weekend in fall and early spring.
Lovers of Weekend should check this out for a more modern, lighter alternative…and haters of Weekend need not worry, everything you dislike about Weekend (I assume it’s the heavy, laundry-floral vibe), is nowhere in Brit Sheer. I will definitely be treating myself to a large bottle of this next summer. Longevity of Brit Sheer is moderate on my skin (good for a light summer scent), as is the sillage, but I can still smell it days later on my scarf.

Fresh, citrusy, clean, sweet. A very uplifting and energizing scent! Love this 🙂 It does remind me of bright crystal, but this is way more fresh, and not nearly as powdery.

Fresh, sweet, citrusy, crisp; good morning perfume. I like it.

How do I begin to describe this? I have always adored this perfume for its crisp, clean and light scent (I always spritz this on when I go to a store) but have never really try to analyze this until today. Again, it is nice, though I can’t really detect any fruits.
In the opening, I get a very clean (almost alchoholy-bleach kind of smell I always associate with operating theater, which I love, call me weird) and fizzy scent but it later dries down into something flowery and aquatic almost like Body Shop’s Aqua Lily although if you smell it really close, you could smell something else underneath. What I love about it is the base which is soft but gives the perfume more depth.
Overall, despite the fact that it does smell nice, I’m not very pleased with the purchase, wouldn’t buy a second one.

The first perfume I ever bought lol. Light, sweet and pleasant; I don’t think this perfume would offend anyone at all. I do note that this perfume disappears extremely fast on me, but I think that might be because of the fact that I own the roller ball rather than the spray.

When I tested this in the store it honestly smelled like all the perfumers did was take Burberry Brit and then decided to water it down and gave it more floral notes. It is not unpleasant at all but is unoriginal and it had no staying power.

I’ve never been a huge fan of citrus but I’m exploring citrus scents a little more and realizing citrus can be sexy too. I’ve had this Brit Sheer hanging around for some time now since it is not my favorite fragrance and has not been used but once or twice. Still not sure if this is the citrus for me but I’m appreciating the crisp airy quality this lends. It’s like I’m airing out my aura, lol. What I don’t love is the sharpness of the pomelo or litchi and at the same time the pink girly aspect. I would like to try Brit Summer as I like the combo of lime and pear.

Though I’m not a fan of Burberry scents overall, I picked this up in a rollerball on a whim while traveling. Yuzu, Lychee, peony and a light but steady musk make it pretty, young, and wearable. Definitely good for the office or close quarters on planes/trains. Reminds me vaguely of Versace Bright Crystal, but not nearly as memorable or likely to elicit compliments.

Citrus, clean, musk. Nice and light for summer. Doesn’t seem like it would be strong enough to offend so would be perfect for office or other similar situations. Will enjoy finishing my sample but won’t buy a FB

I like this a lot. It’s just a really pretty, bright, summer-time smell. I can even wear it on my weekly hikes and find it doesn’t feel out of place. It smells like Versace Bright Crystal, but better. Compared to Bright Crystal, this feels like a higher quality and better composed scent.
I work in an animal hospital, and this is one of the few scents I know I can wear safely without bothering anyone in close proximity to me. Every time I wear it to work, someone tells me I smell great. My boyfriend loves it too, which is a plus.
That said, I don’t *love* it. I just get a little bored with it, if I wear it all the time. I will still repurchase though, because it’s really a lovely scent.
Oh, and it lasts ALL day on me. And, as I said, I work in an animal hospital, so it’s not like I sit at a desk all day. I’m up and about and my job is pretty physically demanding. I do spritz pretty heavily (for me anyway, which is about 5 sprays). I have a large 3.3 oz bottle, and I got halfway through it in about 3 months. That’s huge for me as I’ve only ever finished one bottle of perfume in my life, and that was a 1 oz.

I was sure that I would love this. Brit is one of my favorites and I thought I can’t go wrong with brit sheer. On me it’s nothing like depiction. It’s not fruity, it’s not sweet, It’s soapy. So damn soapy.
If you consider purchasing brit sheer go and try it first so you won’t make poor blind buy like I did.

I loved the description and smell on the bottle but when I sprayed it, I don’t really enjoy it – which is strange because it really smells fresh, but just didn’t get the chemistry. I bought the full size so I sprayed it on my stuff in the office and used it as room fragrance lol..
Maybe I’d give it another try – when I forgot to wear perfume.
