This is one of those citrus fresh scents of the 70´s. It was wildly popular in Spain in the day, but until today still remains popular as it is so fresh and light and very wearable in hot weather, office, etc. Very sporty, with a light sillage and moderate longevity. Cheap as chips, you can buy a bottle of this stuff for 7-8€. So refreshing that is really a pleasure to bathe in it after the shower during a very hot summer or after washing the salty water off your skin after a day on the beach. This is freshness in a bottle. Even if it´s marketed towards women, its very unisex, like many other fresh fragances from the 70´s. This is one of my choices when going to the gym, running, riding a train or a bus in the most infernal summer, hiking, etc. Back in the day it was marketed as a luxurious fragance and even today the Spanish royal family act as sandwich-board-men for this, sailing in yatches named after Azur de Puig. But nowadays it´s really cheap and can be found in every supermarket and drugstore. Doesn´t smell dated at all, like many other fresh scents can be worn today without the retro feeling, but may feel too sharp to those people who like candy smells. A basic EDT that almost every Spanish household keep in their wardrobes.
Has a similar vibe as other Puig classics like Estivalia, Thais, Zinnia or Depende.
